Sports Evangelism Travel to New Zealand (1983) and Azores (1984).  Jeff became founder (1985) and first President of the Urban Ministries (Compassionate Ministries) Club at NNC.

Education and Professional Highlights

  • Graduate of Bresee Institute for Urban Training and Research Los Angeles, CA, 1988
  • Azusa Pacific University Graduate School of Theology Master of Arts, Theology and Ethics Major.

Jeff founded and directed the PF Bresee Foundation in Los Angeles, California beginning in 1987.  The Foundation is a community based youth program working with “at risk” youth in the city.  The program provides recreation activities, tutoring, college scholarships, social activities, employment opportunities and spiritual and moral development for young people ranging in ages from 7-21.  Jeff Carr has also given a lot of time and effort to recruiting students to pursue their higher education at Northwest Nazarene College.
