Ed Crawford served 24 years as the Faculty Athletic Representative for Crusader Athletics.  In addition to his administrative efforts, Ed served as the Head Basketball Coach for the Crusaders in 1978 and 1979.  He joined the faculty at NNU in 1976 in the area of Philosophy and Religion and serves as Chair of the Department of Philosophy.

As a student, Ed Crawford played baseball for the Crusaders, a career that was highlighted by a winning pitching performance in the 1957 NAIA District Championship Game.
