Donna was a member of the NNC women's basketball team from 1992-96, helping lead the Crusader program to new heights during her four-year career. The first player in program history to earn First Team All-American status, Donna was a two-time NAIA All-American honoree with a Second Team honor in 1994-95 and the First Team recognition in 1995-96. She led the Crusaders to the NAIA DII National Championship game in 1994-95, helping NNC to the national runner-up finish.
 
Across her four seasons, the team compiled an overall record of 76-37 (.673). At the time of her graduation in 1996, she was third in program history with 1,316 points, second with 278 free throws made, second with 110 games played, third with a 52.7 field goal percentage, sixth with 140 steals, and seventh with 695 rebounds.
 
Following her final year, Donna also earned one of Northwest Nazarene's prestigious end-of-the-year honors, the Hopkins-Humphrey Female Athlete of the Year accolade.
 
Hailing from London, England, after graduation Donna was selected to represent the England Senior National Women's Team in various international competitions. She completed a Master’s Degree in Emotional Factors in Learning & Teaching; Counseling Aspects in Education from the University of East London. She then worked in education for 25 years, with her final role being as an Assistant Principal and Director of Inclusion.
 
Donna now works independently as a consultant in education & safeguarding, delivering workshops & training. This includes working with several Premier League Football Club Academies. She is also a public speaker & an author. Her first book, The Boy Who Saw Double, an homage to her late son Rashard, was published in July 2020.
 
Donna is an extremely proud mother of four children - Kaleed, Aliya, Rashard, and Shareef. She also now credits the highlight of her life as being baptized in the sea in March 2023.
