NAMPA, Idaho - College Sports Communicators (CSC) has announced the Academic All-District team for the 2025-26 cross country and track & field season.
Brody Kemble,
Laurenz Waldbauer, and
Asher Ingram earned a spot on the All-District team with Kemble and Waldbauer being named All-America finalists.
Asher Ingram qualified for NCAA Cross Country Nationals finishing with a time of 32:34.3 and the fourth NNU finisher. Ingram was apart of the first team appearance for the men's cross country program while being named to the GNAC All-Academic team with a 3.70 GPA.
Brody Kemble also qualified for NCAA Cross Country Nationals and finished in 47th place with a time of 30:51.7. Additionally, Kemble was named to the USFTCCCA West All-Region Team while qualifying for the NCAA Outdoor Track & FIeld Championships in the 10,000m. There, Kemble finished in 14th place with a time of 30:18.94.
Laurenz Waldbauer rounded out his career with an NCAA National Championship in the javelin with a throw of 73.53m to earn the top spot. Waldbauer also won the GNAC Championship in javelin and was named the GNAC Male Athlete of the Year while graduating with a 4.0.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Cross Country/Track & Field teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances in athletic competition and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes cross country/track & field honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
Both Waldbauer and Kemble are also CSC Academic All-America finalists. Voting for the Academic All-America Men's & Women's Cross Country/Track & Field teams begins June 23, at Noon (ET) and closes Tuesday, June 30, at 11:59 PM (ET). All CSC members are eligible to vote on the ballots in their division.
