Coleman Parry Earns Baseball Player of the Week

| By:
Portland, OR- Coleman Parry earns first-career player of the week. Northwest Nazarene won all three games that Parry played in last week, as he helped his team take down Azusa Pacific and Cal State LA twice. The signature of his big week was a four-double performance against the Golden Eagles on Saturday, as he tied former Nighthawk Duke Pahukoa's GNAC record (set on March 11, 2022). Parry had multiple RBIs in each game, totaling eight on the week. He went 8-for-10 (.800) with six doubles, scored a pair of runs and drew two walks on his way to an .833 on-base percentage.

NNU Head Coach Joe Schaefer: "Coleman was a rockstar at the plate this past week. He had big hits in all of our wins. None was bigger than the bases-clearing, two-out double in game four against Cal State LA which helped seal the game."

Also Nominated: Kaden Bertram, Montana State Billings; Benny Nazario, Western Oregon.
