WINGATE, N.C. - The NCBWA released their latest rankings for Division II baseball on Wednesday, with Northwest Nazarene climbing back into the top 10 for the second time this season.
The Nighthawks (22-6-1, 12-4 GNAC) are 10th in this week's poll, up on spot from 11th last week. NNU was also 10th in the Week 3 poll on Feb. 28th.Â
Tampa remains atop the poll for the seventh-straight week, followed by Central Missouri, North Greenville, West Texas A&M, and Point Loma in the top five. Millersville, Saint Leo, Ashland, and Missouri Southern round out the rest of the top 10 ahead of NNU.
Along with Point Loma and NNU, other West Region representatives in the poll are Westmont at 20th and Cal State Monterey Bay receiving votes.
The Nighthawks head back out on the road this week, visiting Western Oregon for a big GNAC series on Friday and Saturday.
