PORTLAND, Ore. - The GNAC announced the All-Academic Team for baseball on Wednesday, with seven Northwest Nazarene student-athletes earning the accolade.
Alphabetically, the Nighthawks awarded are
Adrian De Orta,
Kyle Ethridge,
Nathan Galusha,
Nick Irwin,
Mason Leavitt,
Colby Moran, and
Spencer Schwehr.
Ethridge is one of six student-athletes across the conference that earn this academic honor for the third time in their careers. Leavitt and Schwehr are also now two-time honorees.
To qualify for the GNAC All-Academic Teams, nominees must be of sophomore eligibility or greater, have a minimum cumulative GPA or 3.20 or greater, be a letterwinner on their team and must be in at least their second year at the nominating institution.
