NAMPA, Idaho – Northwest Nazarene women's soccer opened GNAC play against Western Washington on Thursday night, falling to the perennial power Vikings 5-0.
WWU got on the board early with a goal in the eighth minute, and would tally twice more in the first half.
A fourth goal came across 10 minutes into the second period, and the fifth followed with four minutes left in the match.
NNU tallied eight shots in the game, with
Kaslee Roskelley notching two attempts and the Nighthawks' lone shot on target.
The Nighthawks will now host No. 22 Simon Fraser this Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
