PORTLAND, Ore. - The GNAC released the weekly award winners for April 14-20 on Monday afternoon, with Northwest Nazarene baseball's
Bryan Rojas earning the Player of the Week honor for the second time this season.
Rojas was a near-impossible out in a four-game sweep of Central Washington, going 9-for-18 (.500) with nine RBIs and five runs scored. Rojas had a pair of doubles and a pair of home runs, including his first multi-homer game of the season on Saturday. Rojas raised his batting average to .377 on the year and he has hit six long balls while driving in 34.
Rojas and the Nighthawks look to close out the regular season strong with a four-game series against Saint Martin's this weekend, April 25-26 on Vail Field.
