NAMPA, Idaho - Northwest Nazarene women's soccer could not hang on as they suffered a 4-2 loss on Saturday to the Western Oregon Wolves.
NNU scored their first goal in the first minute when
Elliana Kimball took a scorching shot, hitting the top left of the goal.
Western Oregon then responded with three goals in the 28th, 37th, and 59th minutes.
The Nighthawks answered back in the 72nd minute when
Abbey Blancett scored, assisted by
Matisyn Ohlson and
Nicole Lewis.
The Wolves scored one more goal in the 82nd minute, however, capping off their 4-2 victory.
NNU will play again on Thursday, October 3rd at Seattle Pacific University.
