SEATTLE – Northwest Nazarene volleyball struggled to find their footing on the road against Seattle Pacific on Thursday, falling to the Falcons in straight sets.
NNU falls to 5-6 on the year and 1-2 in GNAC play.
Set one went back-and-forth for most of the frame until NNU took a 20-19 lead on a kill from
Miya Koch. SPU then responded with six-straight points to take the set 25-20.
The Falcons used the momentum to race out to a 7-1 lead in set two and never looked back, eventually taking it 25-17. Set three started off closer, with the teams tied at eight, but SPU would pull away and win the match with a 25-17 set three victory.

Caroline McMahon, who passed Shayli Siegfreid '19 for the most career digs in program history. McMahon's record is now at 1,701 for her career and will continue to rise as the season goes on.
McMahon totaled 17 digs on the night along with an ace.
Gabi Moore added three aces, eight digs, and 14 assists.
Koch hit .241 with 11 kills to lead the Nighthawks' offense.
