NAMPA, Idaho – Northwest Nazarene volleyball ran into a tough Central Washington team on Saturday, falling to the No. 21 Wildcats in three sets.
 
NNU moves to 10-12 on the season and 6-8 in GNAC action.
 
The Wildcats got off to hot starts in all three sets en route to the sweep. The Nighthawks were able to put together a few late rallies but ultimately could not pull off any comebacks, falling 25-19, 25-17, and 25-19.
 
Maren Dent led the offense with 10 kills and a .304 hitting percentage while also adding 11 digs for a double-double. 
Hailey Cheney added eight kills.
 
Caroline McMahon led the team with 14 digs and 
Molly Anderson recorded a pair of aces.
 
NNU has two more matches in their three-game homestand, hosting Alaska Anchorage on Thursday, Nov. 9 and Alaska Fairbanks for Senior Day on Saturday.
