Defense Prevails in Scoreless Draw with Western Washington

NAMPA, Idaho - Northwest Nazarene women's soccer was able to create more chances to score than Western Washington on Thursday night, but in the end neither team would find a goal in a 0-0 draw.

The Nighthawks move to 4-4-5 on the season and 2-4-3 in GNAC play.

NNU tallied 11 shots in the game with five on target, while WWU recorded five shots and three on frame. Possession was more or less even, with the Vikings holding a slight advantage at 51%.

Madison Grande, Alejandra Jaramillo, and Ellie Ritter all registered multiple shots for the Nighthawks, with Ritter putting both of hers on target.
