PORTLAND, Ore. - The GNAC released the All-Conference teams for women's soccer on Tuesday afternoon, with seven Northwest Nazarene members earning honors.

Leading the way was Ashley Parton, who was named the GNAC Player of the Year in addition to a First Team recognition. Joining Parton on the First Team are Madison Grande and Kailyn LaBrosse. Kate Bleffert and Alexis Montoya were named to the Second Team, while Alejandra Jaramillo and Magda Wronski received Honorable Mention honors.

Parton becomes the first Northwest Nazarene women's soccer player to ever earn the GNAC Player of the Year honor. The senior forward is tied for second in the conference with eight goals and 18 points. She has two multi-goal games this year that both came during a five-goal stretch of three games from Oct. 6-13. Parton has been incredibly accurate, leading the GNAC in shot accuracy with 78.6% of her attempts going on target. She also led the team and tied for the conference lead with three game-winning goals.

Grande receives a First Team honor for the second-straight season, leading the GNAC with 10 goals on the season. She also leads the conference with her 20 points from those ten goals. The junior forward has scored in eight of NNU's 18 games, including a pair of two-goal efforts. She has also placed at least one shot on goal in all but three contests.

LaBrosse, Bleffert, and Wronski, and keeper Montoya are all members of NNU's stout defense, contributing to the Nighthawks' goals against average of 0.61 and 10 shutouts that are both second in the GNAC. NNU also had an nine-game stretch without allowing a goal during the season and outscored opponents 33-11 overall on the year.

Bleffert and Montoya each received the Second Team honors for the second year in a row. Montoya is also first in the GNAC with an .848 save percentage and eight shutouts, while Wronski is tied for the GNAC lead with six assists on the season.

Jaramillo is tied for fourth on the team with eight points on the year, tallying three goals and two assists.
