Nighthawks Stumble at Western Oregon

MONMOUTH, Ore. – Northwest Nazarene volleyball stumbled on the road on Thursday, falling to Western Oregon 3-1.

How It Happened
  • The first set was back-and-forth until the end, when after the score was tied at 17, the Wolves scored eight of the last 10 points to take the frame 25-19.
  • NNU bounced back in set two, rolling to a convincing 25-15 victory.
  • The big margin of victory would not carry any momentum over to the rest of the match, however, as Western Oregon took set three 25-19 and set four 25-21.
Nighthawks Notes
