BURNABY, B.C. – The Northwest Nazarene men's soccer team lost 4-0 to No. 1 Simon Fraser on Saturday in a Great Northwest Athletic Conference match.
The Clan (16-0-0 overall, 10-0-0 GNAC) scored twice in the first two minutes to take command of the game, as Mamadi Camara scored in the third minute and Joost Mangert in the ninth minute. Connor Glennon added a goal in the 53rd minute and Camara scored again in the 73rd minute.
Freshman goalkeeper
Alex Nadermann made four saves in goal, while
Jake Levine had NNU's lone shot.
The Nighthawks (3-12-1, 3-7-0) travel to Concordia on Thursday, before returning home to host Saint Martin's in their final game of the season Saturday.
