Hailey Bland enters her fifth season as an assistant coach with the NNU volleyball program in the 2023-24 academic year.

Bland is a 2018 graduate of Northwest Nazarene with a nursing degree. She was a setter for the Nighthawks from 2014-17, helping lead the team to the national tournament three times.

At the time of her graduation, she was third all-time in program history in career assists and assists per set using both side-out and rally scoring, and first in assists in rally scoring.

Hailey is married to Nick, they have a daughter, Ava, and live in Nampa.
