Coach Collin Hartman begins his 1st season with the Crusaders in 2016.
Hartman joins the NNU staff after spending the past two seasons as an assistant coach at NCAA Division I Illinois State where he helped lead the Redbirds to a 27-6 record in 2014 and the second round of the NCAA National tournament.
A four-year starter at NAIA school Cardinal Stritch in Milwaukee, Wis., Hartman was named the “Best Setter” for the Mid-American Conference in 2014, was a two-time all-conference selection and ranks in the Top 10 at Cardinal Stritch in both career assists an digs.
The new Crusader assistant has coached in a variety of camps across the country, including the Gold Medal Squared and Volleyball Factory camps, along with working as a coach at the Crusader volleyball camps the past 5 summers.
A graduate of Cardinal Stritch with a Bachelor’s in Communication, Hartman received his Master’s in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State completed this year.
Hartman’s family lives in the Treasure Valley in Eagle.
