Jenny Jaggard was announced as the seventh head coach in Northwest Nazarene women's soccer history in December of 2024 and enters her first season at the helm of the Nighthawks in the fall of 2025.
Jaggard comes to Nampa after six seasons in Santa Barbara, California as the head coach of the Westmont College women's soccer program. She guided the Warriors to incredible success during her tenure, compiling an overall record of 68-24-16 (.704) and four conference championships across the six seasons.
Jaggard's Warriors were an NAIA powerhouse between 2019-2022, winning all four GSAC titles during that stretch prior to Westmont's transition into NCAA Division II in 2023. In her first season in 2019, she led the team to the quarterfinals of the NAIA National Championships. In the COVID-shortened 2020 season, the Warriors went 6-0 in GSAC play to earn the conference's national tournament berth. Westmont also won conference titles and earned NAIA tournament berths in 2021 and 2022, reaching the quarterfinals of the 2021 tournament and the third round of the 2022 tournament.
Prior to Westmont, Jaggard also spent five years as an assistant coach at Chico State, where the Wildcats reached the NCAA Tournament in both 2017 and 2018. Before that, she served seven seasons as the girls' soccer head coach at Douglas High School in Minden, Nevada, winning a pair of DI State Championships in 2009 and 2010 and a runner-up finish in 2013.
Jaggard holds a Master of Science in Sport and Recreation Science from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Southwest Baptist University, where she competed as a student-athlete on the women's soccer team.
