Hepworth (Harris) begins her second season as a volunteer assistant with the Crusaders in 2015.
Hepworth brings four years of NCAA Division I college soccer playing experience with her to Nampa, as the Modesto, Calif., native played in 18 games as a freshman at UC Riverside before finishing her career playing 42 games over three season for Boise State. Playing both forward and midfield in her collegiate career, she scored two goals and had two assists.
During her time with the Broncos, Hepworth also began her coaching career, working with the Idaho Rush club soccer program, and helped lead BSU's Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Of course, Hepworth brings more to the Crusaders than just playing and coaching experience.
Since graduating in the spring of 2013 with a degree in Psychology, she has been the USA Director of Operations for Wipe Every Tear, an anti-human sex trafficking ministry.
