Adam Pearce is in his second season at the helm for Northwest Nazarene in the 2020-21 school year.
During the 2019-20 campaign, Pearce led the Nighthawks to a 7-11 record.
Prior to NNU, Pearce had been an assistant coach at Concordia, Oregon State, Ohio State and Duquesne. He was also a head coach at Spring Hill College and Embry-Riddle.
Pearce played collegiately and professionally, graduating from Concordia in 2000 with a Bachelor's degree and from the University of Akron in 2004 with a Master's.
Pearce is married to Anna and they have two children, Abrielle (9) and Aivind (6).
