Kyle joined the Crusader basketball staff prior to the start of the 2014-15 academic year after spending six year at the University of Akron.

During his time with the NCAA Division I Zips, Joseph spent four seasons as a student manager and the last two season as a graduate assistant coach.

Joseph was part of 2 Mid-American Conference championship teams and went to the NCAA National Tournament in 2009, 2011 and 2013 as a member of the Akron coaching staff.

Kyle is married to Sara Joseph and the couple had a 2-year-old son, Kade.
