Eric begins his fourth year on the NNU coaching staff, where he primarily works with outfielders and hitters.
After playing two years at Big Bend Community College in Moses Lake, Washington, Duke was an outfielder for the Crusaders from 2005-2007. Coach Duke graduated from NNU in 2007 and was an assistant coach in 2008, when the Crusaders set the school record for wins in a season. Coach Duke then spent two years coaching at Big Bend Community College before returning to NNU.
Coach Duke also works as the Facilities Manager of NNU's Johnson Sports Center. He and his wife, Sam, who works at Columbia High School in Nampa, live in Nampa with their two dogs, Kaiser and Buster.
