PORTLAND, Ore. - The Great Northwest Athletic Conference has named
Corbin Talley the Pitcher of the Week for the third time this season for his performance against Saint Martin's.
Talley continued his impressive 2026 campaign with another complete game shutout while striking out a season high 11 batters and allowing only five base runners.
That outing lowered Talley's season ERA to 1.49 this season, leading the GNAC and fifth in all of NCAA Division II.
"Corbin was fantastic again last weekend. He had a couple long innings early but got better and more efficient as the game went on. He got us a big win last weekend and has been a huge part of our success this year."
- Joe Schaefer, NNU Head Coach
NNU clinched a GNAC tournament spot with three wins over Saint Martin's last week. They will look to stay hot as they travel to Billings, Mont. to face the second place Yellowjackets.
