Portland, OR- Lynsey Chiala earns first-career pitcher of the week. Chiala was outstanding across three appearances in the circle last week, allowing just two hits and zero runs to help NNU to a winning record. Her top effort was a three-inning stint against Regis, as she struck out three and allowed just one walk. She also tossed 2 1/3 perfect innings in a win over Concordia Irvine, retiring all seven hitters she faced to earn the victory in that contest as well. Chiala has yet to surrender a run across 8 2/3 innings and five appearances thus far in 2026.
