DUPONT, Wash. - Northwest Nazarene women's golf took to the course for the first time in the 2025-26 fall season on Monday and Tuesday, competing at the Bob Grisham Memorial Shooutout hosted by Saint Martin's.
The Nighthawks finished 12th at the event, with rounds of 341 and 324 for 665 total.
Lynea Kelsey led NNU in her first collegiate tournament, tying for 37th overall at +13 over the two rounds.
Caroline Caven was next, improving by seven strokes between rounds to move up to 48th overall at +19.
Jana Knapp tied for 56th in her first collegiate event, followed by
Avery Paul in 61st and
Ashleigh Willoughby in 66th.Â
The Nighthawks now have a few weeks before their next tournament, when they will head to Billings for the Briarwood Shootout on Oct. 13-14.
