NAMPA, Idaho – Northwest Nazarene men's soccer wrapped up their 2025 season at home on Saturday, falling to Seattle Pacific 4-1.
The Nighthawks finish the year at 7-7-4 overall and 3-5-2 in GNAC play.
SPU broke through in the first half, scoring to take the lead in the 16
th minute of play. The score remained 1-0 at halftime.
NNU came out of the break with a quick equalizer, as

Baraka Dayi with a cross in front of goal for Dayi's fifth of the season.
The Falcons put the pressure on after that, however, scoring in the 51
st, 75
th, and 90
th minutes to take the three-goal win.
NNU outshot SPU 16-14 overall, but SPU had a 9-6 advantage in shots on target.
Derek Johnson had four shots to lead the team, while
Gerardo Fonte notched five saves in goal.
Prior to the match, Northwest Nazarene also honored its three graduating seniors:
Ousman Garba,
Robin Tanju, and
Jorge Gonzalez.
