SEATTLE – Northwest Nazarene women's soccer came out on the short end of low-scoring affair on Saturday, falling at Seattle Pacific by a 1-0 final.
NNU moves to 3-5-2 in GNAC play and 4-8-2 overall on the year.
The Nighthawks kept the Falcons off the scoreboard well into the second half, but SPU's Kayla Wallace broke through for the game's only goal in the 64
th minute.
SPU totaled 16 shots and put nine on target, with
Alex Barrass picking up six saves in goal for the Nighthawks. NNU took nine shots and put three of them on frame.
The Nighthawks now return home for their final two regular season home games, taking on Western Oregon on Thursday, Oct. 30 and Saint Martin's on Saturday, Nov. 1 in Nampa.
