NNU Battles it Out with Minot State

NAMPA, Idaho - Northwest Nazarene Women's Soccer hosted Minot State in the season opener on Thursday night and suffered a 1-0 defeat.

Minot's lone goal came in the 68th minute, when the Beavers' Brooklyn Casey put the visitors on top.

Alejandra Jaramillo lead the Nighthawks with four shots, two of which were on goal.

The Nighthawks have a quick turnaround as they will next host No. 10 Colorado Mesa on September 7th at 3:00 pm.
