LOUISVILLE, Ky. - After falling a few spots in last week's poll, Northwest Nazarene softball has moved back up three slots to No. 19 in the latest NFCA DII Top-25.
The Nighthawks (26-7 overall, 9-3 GNAC) were boosted by a 5-1 week, sweeping Menlo last Monday before taking three of four from Central Washington over the weekend.
West Texas A&M has taken over the top spot in the rankings from North Georgia, who slots in second. Tampa, Rogers State, and Indianapolis round out the top five. Western Washington is the top West Region program at 12th, followed by Concordia at 16th, NNU at 19th, and Cal State San Marcos at 23rd.
NNU heads to Billings, Montana this week for another four-game conference series, taking on Montana State Billings on Thursday and Friday.
