KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The College Sports Communicators (CSC) released the 2024 Women's Soccer Academic All-District Teams for Division II on Tuesday, with five members of Northwest Nazarene's program earning the honor.
The Nighthawks' honorees are
Kate Bleffert,
Savanna Herz,
Gracie Mares,
Ellie Ritter, and
Allison Wolf.
To earn this recognition for the fall sports, student-athletes be at least a sophomore in athletic and academic eligibility, must hold a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or above in their collegiate careers, as well as either play in 90% of their team's games or start in 66% of the team's contests during the current season. Bleffert receives the accolade for an impressive fourth-straight season, while Herz and Wolf are now two-time honorees.
The Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

Academic All-District® honorees advance to the CSC Academic All-America® ballot. First-, second and third-team Academic All-America® honorees will be announced in December. The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America® programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the Divisions II and III Academic All-America® programs. The NAIA CSC Academic All-America® program is partially financially supported through the NAIA governance structure.
