NAMPA, Idaho - Northwest Nazarene women's soccer fought a tough defensive match on Thursday night, eventually losing 1-0 to Simon Fraser.

The score was deadlocked at 0-0 through the first half and nearly 20 minutes into the second period, but in the 64th minute Kiera Scott ended the drought of goals to give SFU a 1-0 lead.

Allison Wolf had the lone shot on goal of the night for the Nighthawks, who were outshot 22-3.

The Nighthawks will play again October 12th at home, taking on the Western Washington Vikings at 1 p.m.
