PORTLAND, Ore. - The GNAC announced the All-Academic Team for softball on Wednesday, with nine Northwest Nazarene student-athletes earning the accolade.
Alphabetically, the Nighthawks awarded are
Kellcie Adams,
Sidney Booth,
Madison Felter,
Charlotte Forniss,
Abigail Gagnon,
Tori Hensley,
Mari Kamemoto,
Maia McNicoll, and
Gina Skinner.
McNicoll is one of seven student-athletes across the conference to make the team for the fourth time. Booth, Felter, Gagnon, and Hensley all earn the accolade for the third year.
Half of NNU's honorees have compiled GPAs of 3.80 or above over their careers. Â
To qualify for the GNAC All-Academic Teams, nominees must be of sophomore eligibility or greater, have a minimum cumulative GPA or 3.20 or greater, be a letterwinner on their team and must be in at least their second year at the nominating institution.
