NAMPA, Idaho – Northwest Nazarene women's basketball fell to Western Washington at home on Saturday with a final score of 86-70.
The Nighthawks are now 7-7 overall and 3-3 in GNAC play.
How it Happened
Western Washington controlled most of the game. They scored first and never allowed NNU to get a lead throughout the game.
Western Washington grabbed their largest lead of the game in the fourth quarter when they led by a score of 76-45.
NNU outscored WWU 27-17 in the final quarter of the game. The Nighthawks went on a 23-5 scoring run that included eight points from
Lydia Nieto and five points from
Danika Starr.
