NAMPA, Idaho – Northwest Nazarene women's soccer came from behind to defeat Westminster 2-1 on Saturday.
How It Happened
The Nighthawks went down early, as the Griffins scored in the seventh minute to go up 1-0.
NNU would tie it before the half, though, as

th minute.
It would take all the way until the 73
rd minute for the tie to be broken, when
Savanna Herz sent a ball into the box from the left side and
Yacine Bitibale punched it in for the goal.
NNU held on from there, withstanding seven Westminster shots over the final 17 minutes to take the 2-1 win.
