Collegiate Baseball Division II National Poll - March 29

The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association released their latest national rankings on Wednesday, and Northwest Nazarene remains at No. 15 in the country for the third-straight week. NNU has now also broken into the Collegiate Baseball DII top-30 rankings, though, entering at 21st in the nation.

The Nighthawks are the only team from the GNAC that makes an appearance in either poll. Azusa Pacific is the highest ranked team from the West Region, slotting in eighth in the NCBWA poll and 13th for Collegiate Baseball. Point Loma is also receiving votes in the NCBWA poll.

NNU is off to a fantastic start through 20 games, holding a 17-3 record that includes an 18-6 rout of then-No. 2 Colorado Mesa a few weeks ago and an 11-1 record in GNAC play after another sweep last weekend, this time on the road against Saint Martin's.

The Nighthawks are also still second in the NCBWA West Region poll, behind just Azusa Pacific.

NNU has this weekend off before returning home on April 9 and 10 to host Western Oregon for four games.
