NAMPA, Idaho – The Northwest Nazarene men's basketball team added a point guard transfer from Fullerton College in California on Monday.
Ezekiel Alley, a 6-foot, 170-pound point guard from Tucson, Ariz., won a state junior college title last year and averaged 13 points and 6.0 assists per game.
"We are very excited about Zeke Alley coming in as a talented guard who can both create and score," NNU coach
Paul Rush said. "His quickness and toughness on defense will be fun to watch. He comes from a championship program out of California this year and has a tremendous pedigree as a winner on the court."
Alley is the fourth player to sign with the program this offseason, joining point guard
Kobe Terashima, guard
Timothy TenKley and wing
Christian Rose.
"I chose NNU because of the coaching staff and it felt like a place where I can grow on and off the court and become successful," said Alley, who is a kinesiology major.
