LOS ANGELES — With rain forecast for Friday in Los Angeles, the Northwest Nazarene baseball team is juggling its schedule for its season-opening weekend.
First pitch for the defending Great Northwest Athletic Conference championship will take place tonight (Thursday, Feb 9) at 7 p.m. (Mountain time) as the Crusaders take on host Cal State Los Angeles (3-0 overall).
Friday's schedule doubleheader has been pushed back one day, because of rain, and now will be played on Saturday, Feb. 11, with first pitch set for 3 p.m. (Mountain time).
And the final game of the teams' four-game series now will be Monday afternoon with a tentative first-pitch time of 4 p.m. (Mountain time).
