ELLENSBURG, Wash. – The Northwest Nazarene University volleyball team fell in a three-set match 25-18, 25-20, 25-18 to Central Washington University in tonight's Great Northwest Athletic Conference match.
The Wildcats (17-7, 10-4 GNAC) were ranked 28
th in this weeks AVCA poll.
Setter
Michelle Terpstra had 19 assists, 9 digs and 7 kills on 17 attempts.
Linnea Phillips recorded a match-high 22 digs for the Crusaders.
Becky Flores had 7 kills with a .278 hitting percentage.
CWU was led by Marcy Hjellum's 8 kills and 15 digs. Devin Larson had 25 assists for the Wildcats.
NNU drops to 12-13 overall and 5-9 in GNAC play.
The Crusaders will be back in action next Thursday as they travel to Monmouth, Oregon to face Western Oregon University at 7:00 p.m.
