LA GRANDE, Ore. – The Northwest Nazarene University volleyball fell to Eastern Oregon University 2-3 in tonight's non-conference volleyball match in La Grande, Oregon.
The Crusaders fell in five sets 25-20, 22-25, 25-23, 17-25, 7-15.
NNU was led by
Michelle Terpstra who was two kills shy of her third triple-double in three weeks. Terpstra 41 assists 13 digs and 8 kills.
Linnea Phillips had 21 digs to lead the Crusaders.
The Mountaineers were led by Stefani Sorensen as she had 21 kills on 41 attempts. Karly Stack had 30 assists while Kaitlyn Duncan had 30 digs.
The Crusaders drop to 9-9 overall and 2-5 in GNAC play. WOU jumps to 14-6 overall.
NNU will be back to home action Thursday as they host Saint Martin's University at 7:00 p.m. at the Johnson Sports Center.
