Fessler leads Crusaders to sweep of Wolves

NAMPA, Idaho - Reisa Fessler posted a match-high 11 kills on just 13 attacks to lead the Northwest Nazarene volleyball team to a 25-15, 25-8, 25-19 home sweep of Walla Walla University in a non-conference match on Saturday night.

Fessler hit .769 with just one error as the Crusaders improved to 6-4 overall.  Michelle Terpstra had 14 assists and Kaitlyn Tuholski added 11 as NNU hit .322 in the match and held the Wolves to a.013 hitting percentage.

Natalie Wilkening led the Woves (5-14) with eight kills.

The Crusaders will be back in action on Thursday, traveling to Saint Martin's University for a GNAC counter.
