ELLENSBURG, Wash. - MacKenzie Meyers came away with the loose ball  following a corner kick, and tapped it into the goal from just two yards away to  give Central Washington a 2-1 double overtime victory over the Crusaders on  Saturday in Ellensburg.
 
Each team scored their first goal in the first half. The  Wildcats got their goal early as Ellie Eckroth set Serena Tomaso up for her  sixth goal of the season at 3:50. 
The Crusaders (4-9-0, 2-7-0) got the equalizer at 39:23 as Kim  Bowen scored on a header following a free kick by Kendra Courcy.
Central outshot NNU 32-11 in the contest, including 5-1 in the  overtime sessions. The 32 shots was a season-high for the Wildcats forcing NNU  goalkeeper Tayna Zickefoose to make a GNAC season-high 12 saves for the  Crusaders to get the game into overtime. CJ Balstad stopped six for the  Wildcats.
