BILLINGS, Mont. — Sean McDonald tripled with the bases loaded, driving in three and leading the Northwest Nazarene baseball team to 5-2 win over Montana State-Billings to win the final game of a four-game Great Northwest Athletic Conference series.

Ty Windall and Joel Oliver each added an RBI in the win for NNU, which dropped the opener 6-1 on Saturday to the Yellowjackets (17-19, 11-9).

Charles Pollock (2-1) earned the complete-game win in the nightcap for NNU (11-20, 5-15 GNAC) 

In the opener, the Yellowjackets plated five in the first and NNU never recovered. Ryan VanBeek drove in the Crusaders lone run in the seventh.
