LEWISTON, Idaho - Saint Martin's University scored the winning run in the bottom of the ninth to defeat the Crusaders 3-2 at the Guardian Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Tournament, hosted by LCSC at Harris Field in Lewiston.

Today's game marks the fourth-straight that the Crusaders have fallen in the final at-bat.  NNU falls to 6-5 overall, while Saint Martin's improved to 2-5 overall.

Ty Windall, Joel Oliver, and Boone Farrington each had two hits for NNU, while reliever Tim Stuvland (0-1) took the loss.

Andrew Braegelmann led the Saints, going two for three as Jeff Brooks (2-1) picked up the win from the bullpen.

The Crusaders will return to the diamond on March 6-7 when they host Montana State Billings in a four-game GNAC series in Nampa.
