SAN FRANCISCO - The Northwest Nazarene men's soccer team fell 3-1 on Monday afternoon to the Academy of Art University in a non-conference match in San Francisco.

Jose Oregon scored NNU's goal in the fifth minute on an assist by Chris Voth, but Academy of Art tied the contest in the final minute of the first half on a penalty kick and got the game-winner in the opening minute of the second half.

Both teams took nine shots in the contest and Alexander Engemann had six saves for NNU.
