Coach Ali Schauer begins her 1st year with the Crusaders in 2016-17 after playing for 4 seasons under head coach Rich Wagner.

A graduate of Cascade High School in Leavenworth, WA, Schauer played the majority of her 166-game career in the outfield for the Crusaders, though also appeared in 4 games as a pitcher. During her time on the diamond for NNU, she distinquished herself by earning a spot in the Top 10 All-Time in games played (166), hits (102), walks (68), RBIs (48), runs scored (54) and at-bats (416).
