HIGH SCHOOL:
Notable Statistics: Averaged 10 points, 4.2 assists, and 2.1 steals as a junior and 12.1 points, 3.0 assists, and 3.0 steals as a senior.  High school team records were 24-2 as a junior and 25-1 as a senior. 
All Conference/State/Region Teams: Named an Idaho 5A All-state selection and a 5A All-Southern Idaho Conference selection in both her junior and senior seasons while playing basketball at Centennial High School. Also, 5A All-SIC selection on the soccer field. Was a four-year member of the 5A SIC All-Academic team with a 4.20 grade point average.

AT NNU:
All Conference Honorable Mention 2011,2012. GNAC All Academic Team 2011,2012. Team Awards: Freshman Player of the Year 2010.

PERSONAL:
Heather is 21...Her parens are Dan and Melanie Sheehan,Kevin Adams,Amy Adams...Her major is Biology...Favorite sport outside of basketball is gymnastics...Three words that describe me: Compassionate, Motivated and Faithful...Role Model: Parents and good friends...Favorite quote: "Well, why don't they call it the Big Chill? Or the Nippy Era? I'm just sayin', how do we know it's an Ice Age? Becasue, of all the ICE! Well, things just got a little chillier."
