Julie appeared in all 28 games as a freshman, starting one, and averaged 1.3 points per game…She scored a career-best six points against Central Washington (3-5-09) and twice handed out a career-high five assists, first against Cascade College (11-21-08) and then against Alaska Fairbanks (2-19-09).

High School
As a senior at Silverton High School, Juli was named the co-Player of the Year in the Mid-Willamette Conference, earning first-team all-conference and first-team all-region all-star honors as she averaged 10.1 points, 5.1 assists and 4.0 steals per game...Voted the Silverton High School team MVP, Juli finished her career ranked second in career assists...Off the basketball court, Juli was a first-team all-Mid-Willamette Conference and first-team all-region soccer player, leading her league in goals scored as a senior.
