NAMPA, Idaho - The Northwest Nazarene men's cross country team earned 7th pick in the West Region preseason poll.
This ranking places the Nighthawks among the top teams in one of the most competitive regions in NCAA DII cross country. After reaching the NCAA National stage for the first time last season, NNU enters this season with momentum and looks to build off of last year's success.
The regional ranking will have plenty of opportunities to test themselves against teams in the West Region throughout this fall and work their way up the rankings.
NNU cross country will begin their season this Friday at Gonzaga's Clash of the Inland Northwest on Spokane, Washington.
