A fan's guide to the GNAC Indoor Track and Field Championships

NAMPA, Idaho – The Northwest Nazarene men's and women's track and field teams will participate in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships on Friday and Saturday at the Idaho Center.

The meet starts at 9 a.m. Friday and 8:45 a.m. Saturday and is expected to last until 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

The top six finishers in each event earn all-GNAC honors, while the top three receive medals. Athletes must hit the national qualifying mark/time or the provisional to advance to the national meet in three weeks.
